What the website handles
How Sauce uses the information
- Review whether a free sample edit and the current recurring service are a fit.
- Reply to the request, arrange a call, and manage the resulting client relationship.
- Protect the website and qualification endpoints from abuse or repeated submissions.
- When analytics is accepted, measure page sessions, CTA impressions and clicks, true quiz loads, starts, numbered-step drop-off, accepted leads, and scheduled calls.
- When behavior analytics is enabled and accepted, review masked recordings and click, scroll, and pointer heatmaps to find usability problems.
Analytics data does not decide whether a visitor qualifies. The submitted answers are evaluated by the qualification workflow, and the server-accepted lead is the authoritative completion record.
Analytics, recordings, and your choice
The analytics choice is stored in your browser under sauce_cookie. Until you accept, Sauce does not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity and does not send the optional first-party funnel events. If you decline after accepting, the site changes consent to denied and removes its analytics session state and first-party Google Analytics cookies on a best-effort basis.
Google Analytics
When accepted, Google Analytics measures aggregate website usage. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and advertising user data are configured as denied. Learn more in Google's privacy policy.
First-party funnel measurement
When accepted, the browser sends minimized events to admin.saucemedia.us. A random browser session identifier is transformed into a keyed hash before storage. The event record stores no name, email, or answer text.
Microsoft Clarity
When Clarity is enabled and accepted, it can reconstruct masked sessions and produce click, scroll, and pointer heatmaps. The entire quiz interface is marked for masking, and input values are not sent as analytics content. These recordings are qualitative context; Sauce uses the numbered funnel events for conversion and drop-off rates. Learn more in Microsoft's privacy statement.
Service providers
Sauce uses Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Google Analytics for consented traffic measurement, Microsoft Clarity for consented behavior analytics when enabled, and Calendly for scheduling. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy documentation. Sauce may also use vendors needed to operate communications, storage, and client work.
Retention, security, and requests
Sauce keeps qualification and client information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Analytics providers apply their own retention settings. No website or transmission method is completely secure, but Sauce minimizes the public funnel payload and keeps contact details out of analytics events.
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your submission by emailing hello@saucemedia.us. Sauce may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for security, recordkeeping, or other legitimate obligations.
Changes to this notice
If the website's data practices materially change, Sauce will update this page and its effective date. The current version at this URL controls the description of the live website.
