Sauce Media provides video editing, content creation, thumbnail design, and related creative services for content creators and brands. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in your selected plan or a separate agreement.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all raw footage, brand assets, and original content you provide to us. By providing content to Sauce Media, you grant us a limited license to use, edit, and modify it solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Our Work: Upon full payment for each billing cycle, all edited videos, thumbnails, and deliverables created by Sauce Media become your property. You are free to use, distribute, and monetize them without restriction.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
All plans include revisions as specified in your plan details. We will continue revising deliverables until you are satisfied. However, revisions must be related to the original scope of the project. Requests that substantially change the direction, concept, or scope of a project may be subject to additional charges.
Turnaround times vary by plan (Standard, 48-Hour Priority, or 24-Hour Priority). These timelines begin once we receive all necessary materials from you. Delays in providing materials may result in extended delivery times. Turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees, though we make every effort to meet them consistently.
We treat all client content, analytics data, strategy discussions, and business information as confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your express written consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauce Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes.
